Tilt and turn windows have a unique inward opening mechanism. Working in the opposite way to standard casement windows, they can be opened either from the top frame or sideways. The inwards opening makes them ideal for high rise buildings or homes in which accessing the exterior of the windows for cleaning is difficult.

Safe ventilating, space-saving design
The tilt-turn gearing prevents selection from tilt to turn whilst in tilt mode and vice versa. Restrictors can also be fitted for extra safety in medium-high rise buildings.
By tilting inwards, this type of window allows you more control over ventilation and space-saving than any other window type.
Fitted with multipoint locks as standard
Windows are fitted with a high-security multi-point locking system as standard. Additional security extras can be included to enable the windows to meet Secured by Design standards, the UK Police accreditation scheme for home security.
